Richland One has unveiled its new Strategic Plan which will serve as the district’s “road map” for the next five years.
The 2008-2013 Strategic Plan was developed with input from board members, district employees, parents and community representatives. The plan was unanimously approved by the Richland One Board of School Commissioners.
Every school and administrative building will receive copies of the new mission statement poster (see below) as well as a DVD of the Strategic Plan video. The posters should be displayed prominently at all sites. Supervisors are encouraged to show the video to their faculty/staff and discuss what the new Strategic Plan means for their school or department. All employees should be able to recite the district’s new mission statement.
